Return and refund policy

Quaktorxeuzle wants every shipment to arrive intact. These rules apply to purchases made through quaktorxeuzle.ddd. Questions go to info@quaktorxeuzle.world, contact@quaktorxeuzle.world, support@quaktorxeuzle.world, or help@quaktorxeuzle.world (text addresses only). Renvo is a food supplement; customs offices outside Canada may treat parcels differently, and duties are generally the buyer’s responsibility.
1. Eligibility
Canadian provincial consumer legislation may grant additional rights. Where this Policy conflicts with non-waivable law, the statute prevails.
2. Return window
You may request a return within fourteen calendar days of delivery for unused product that remains sealed in its original tamper-evident packaging. Opened food supplements are not eligible for resale and therefore cannot be refunded unless they are defective.
3. Process

| Approval | We send a return merchandise authorisation and the warehouse address within two business days. |
| Shipment | You ship the parcel with tracking; risk stays with you until we sign for it. |
| Inspection | Quality staff verify seals and batch codes within three business days of receipt. |
| Refund | Approved refunds issue to the original payment path within ten business days. |
4. Costs
Initial delivery charges are non-refundable unless we shipped the wrong item. Return postage is your responsibility unless Canadian law requires otherwise.
5. Damaged goods
Photograph outer cartons and contact us within forty-eight hours of delivery so we can file a carrier claim and organise a replacement.
